I was going to MSUM for early childhood education, while coaching a high school team, & working full time at a local restaurant!
2018
6 months later..I found myself struggling to find my "why". I ended up moving back to ND, decided to take a leap of faith and get my real estate license while still working my full time job.
2020
I became an exclusive agent for Red Leaf Custom Homes. Soon after, I quit my full time job and it was the best transition i've ever made!
2021
2022
In the fall of 2022, Riley and I became homeowners!! Since then, we have been working on bringing it to life with lots of reno and DIY projects!
2019
I decided to pack my bags, drove 23 hours and moved to Virginia where I could be closer to my mom and family!
Soon after, I began to struggle with constant ongoing health issues. After over a year with no answers, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness but finally on the right path of starting treatment and getting back to a "normal" lifestyle.

I can honestly say that this experience changed my life for the better. It opened my eyes up to a life I wanted to create for myself and not take anything for granted.
Soon after, I found that I LOVED real estate photography and spent many hours watching youtube videos and used google to self teach. At the end of the year, Homes By Kinsey, LLC was born!
2023 has been hands down my busiest year yet! I continue to juggle real estate photography, and help people build there dream home with Red Leaf Custom Homes!
